Judge Arthur Kaplan laid to rest
Photos of a graveside service for Judge Arthur Kaplan at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs Sunday, Jan 3, 2010. Kaplan was a longtime Atlanta Municipal Court Judge who is credited with creating the city's first EMS squad. He also trained thousands of law enforcement officers in emergency rescue and on a few occasions personally treated wounded officers even as shots were being fired.
