Kids still have a month before heading back to class, but J.C. Penney is already preparing for the new school year.

Stores across Atlanta plan to hire 450 seasonal employees for the back-to-school season. According to a J.C. Penney spokesperson, over 20 Georgia stores will be hiring, including the Northlake Mall and Stonecrest Mall locations.

Pay for seasonal employees depends on store location, job type and experience level according to store representatives. Jobs are available in cashier positions, replenishment positions, beauty consultants and more.

These positions come with perks for potential employees. J.C. Penney is offering seasonal associates “a full associate discount up to 25%,” according to a press release.
