4 injured in multi-car wreck in Acworth
Three adults and one child were injured in a multi-car wreck in Acworth on Friday night, police said.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident on U.S. 41 at the Target shopping center, Acworth police Capt. Mark Cheatham told the AJC.
The three adults were transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital and are in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries, he said. The child was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. No information was available on the child’s condition. No names have been released.
Cobb County police are assisting with the crash investigation. It has not been determined if any charges will be filed.
