Twenty-five years after the doors to the Georgia Dome first opened, the city of Atlanta made way for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, which opened in 2017.

Like the Georgia Dome, Mercedes-Benz Stadium will host many events throughout the year, including the College Football Playoff National Championship on Jan. 8, 2018.
