High schools enter gingerbread house competition

Marietta High School in Cobb County, Druid Hills High in DeKalb and the Ben Franklin Academy in Atlanta are among more than 10 Georgia high schools competing in a gingerbread house competition .

The inaugural competition at Brasstown Valley Resorts will net $500 for the winner after a judging on Nov. 19. The entries will remain on display until Jan. 2.
