Here’s where kids can play recreational and travel soccer in Gwinnett

Do your kids think they’re the next World Cup stars? They can hone their skills through one of Gwinnett County’s youth soccer programs.

The county’s parks department partners with groups across the county to hold youth league practices and games at parks from Lilburn to Dacula and everywhere in between.

Atlanta Fire United

This club has recreational teams starting for kids under the age of 4, and travel soccer for kids as young as 8. Both recreational and travel programs are available for kids through the age of 18. Recreational leagues run in the spring and fall, and travel teams play August through May. The league practices in George Pierce Park in Suwanee.

Peachtree Ridge Youth Athletic Association

This group has leagues for soccer, basketball and roller hockey. Soccer programs are open for registration every spring. Find more information about the soccer league on its website.

Gwinnett Soccer Academy

Gwinnett Soccer Academy has recreational leagues and soccer academies in Dacula and Lilburn, as well as competitive travel leagues for kids between 12 and 19. Recreational leagues start for kids as young as 4 and under. and go up to the 19 and under age class. Dacula leagues practice in Rabbit Hill Park and Lilburn leagues practice at 925 Cole Drive SW in Lilburn.

i9 Sports

This group runs regular leagues as well as summer camps for sports including football, golf and volleyball. i9 holds soccer summer camp for kids ages 5 to 10 in Bunten Road Park and George Pierce Park. It has fall leagues for kids ages 3 to 11 at Discovery High School in Lawrenceville, for kids ages 3 to 12 at Gary Pirkle Park in Sugar Hill and or kids ages 3 to 11 at Rhodes Jordan Park in Lawrenceville.

All-In Futbol Club

This club has teams in three different locations, two of which are in Gwinnett County. Its recreational teams are open to kids ages 3 to 18, and it also hosts adult recreational leagues and "little ballers" soccer for kids between 2 and 4.
