Two young children were killed in a wreck in Hall County on New Year’s Day, Channel 2 Action News reported.
The station quoted the Georgia State Patrol saying the driver of the car, Sabrina McConnell, 25, of Hall County, hit a tree after failing to negotiate a curve on Ga. 60.
A 4-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy were killed in the crash, which injured McConnell and two other adult passengers, John Wayne Gibbs, 25 of Hall County, and Ashley Rose, 21, according to The Gainesville Times. The paper reported that Gibbs and McConnell were parents to the little boy, and the girl was Rose's niece.
The State Patrol could not be reached for comment Monday.
