Gwinnett will help break record for world's largest swimming lesson

Gwinnett County will participate in an effort to set a new record for the world’s largest swimming lesson from 11 a.m. to noon June 14 at Bethesda Park Aquatic Center, 225 Bethesda Church Road, Lawrenceville.

Last year's event established the Guinness World Record for the largest simultaneous swimming lesson, with nearly 4,000 participants in 34 states and five countries. This year's participants must be age 6 or older. Pre-registration is required, and the cost is $2. To register call 678-924-6334 or visit www.gwinnettparks.com.
