The Gwinnett County Fair is back.

The fair opens its gates to the public from Sept. 14-24, with all the food, rides and livestock shows you could dream of.

The exhibit hall is open from 5-10 p.m. weekdays, 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturdays and 1-9 p.m. Sundays. The carnival is open from 5-11 p.m. weekdays, 11 a.m.-midnight Saturdays and 1-10 p.m. Sundays. The fairgrounds are located at 2405 Sugarloaf Pkwy., Lawrenceville.

Admission to the fair is $10 for guests aged 12 through 64, $5 for seniors (age 65 and up), $5 for children aged 6 through 11 and free for kids under 6, as long as they’re with a paying adult. Admission is cash only, and parking is free.

There is the option to buy unlimited ride passes each day of the fair. The passes are $20 on weekdays and $25 on Saturdays and Sundays. On opening day (Sept. 14) and Sept. 19-21, you can get an unlimited ride pass for $18 if you bring a non-perishable food item to donate.  Ride passes and tickets can be purchased with cash or credit cards.

The fair is packed with events, including pageants for a wide range of age groups, concerts and a “circus thrill show.” See the whole schedule below:
