If you live in or around Lawrenceville, odds are you've driven by it: "Twin Bridges Family Fishing," the slightly out of place, 10-acre lake just off Braselton Highway as you head toward Dacula.

Now you can buy it — and the two homes on the property, too.

According to a new listing on zillow.com, just over $2.3 million will get you the whole shebang.

The property, located at 1119 Braselton Highway, covers a total of 25 acres. The main home is nearly 7,500 square feet and includes four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, while the second home — which currently operates as a rental unit — is four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The most unique offering, however, is the "fish and bait business" included in the offer.

"The pay lake is a profitable business that brings in great income each year," the listing brags.
