Gwinnett 2040 Unified Plan open house meetings continue
Preliminary work has begun on Gwinnett County’s 2040 Unified Plan with residents and stakeholders invited to help develop how the county will grow over the next 20 years. Open house meetings are scheduled from 5 to 7 p.m. Feb. 1 at the Lilburn Activity Building, 788 Hillcrest Road in Lilburn, Feb. 12 at OneStop Centerville, 3025 Bethany Church Road in Snellville, and Feb. 22 at Bogan Park, 2723 Bogan Road in Buford.
The Unified Plan, called a comprehensive plan in other jurisdictions, combines many different plans into a coordinated, working blueprint to help shape future policies by many county agencies.
Additional public input will be sought through a survey available online and at select community events and public locations.
