A 28-year-old father of four plans to build a new house after winning $1 million in the Georgia Lottery instant game Millionaire Celebration.

Derrick DeLoach, who works in road construction, bought the winning ticket at a Clyde's Market in his hometown of Glennville, west of Savannah. He scratched it off outside the store.

"I was excited," he said. "My wife was crying.

"It still hasn't sunk in to me."
