Fulton schools pick makeup days after storm

Jan 18, 2011Fulton County school officials have announced two makeup days following the snowstorm that canceled classes all of last week.
Friday, March 11, which was supposed to be a teacher workday, and Friday, April 22, originally a day off for students and teachers, will be regular school days.
Six days of school have been canceled -- five last week and one in December due to icy roads. But state rules allow "forgiveness" for up to four weather days, meaning those days do not have to be made up.
