During the month of February, Dekalb County Animal Services is offering vouchers for free spaying and neutering for pets of DeKalb County residents. Hours are 10 a.m. -- 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday. The shelter is located at 845 Camp Rd, Decatur. The program, Project DeKalb is offered through SPOT Society. It is for owned animals only and not available to rescue groups.
