The city of Fayetteville is accepting applications for vacancies on four of its volunteer boards.

A four-year term on the Downtown Development Authority requires a member who either lives and/or operates a business in the Main Street district and who must complete at least eight hours of training within the first year. A three-year term is open on the Main Street Tourism Association board, which involves serving at events throughout the year. A two-year seat on the Planning & Zoning Commission must be filled by a city resident who does not hold any other public office. An Ethics Board position requires a city resident who can serve a two-year term.

Applications for all positions can be downloaded from www.fayetteville-ga.gov and must be submitted by Dec. 1.
