Former WellStar executive joins Atlanta firm

Bonnie Wilson, former executive vice president and general counsel of the WellStar Health System has joined the law firm of Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial, LLC.

WellStar’s board of trustees terminated Wilson’s contract at the end of August last year, the same week the board also fired WellStar’s president and chief executive officer, Gregory Simone. The board did not provide an explanation for either decision.
