Former U.S. attorney to join CARE as general counsel

Former U.S. Attorney Kent Alexander will become the general counsel for CARE, the Atlanta-based humanitarian organization said.

Alexander begins work for CARE on April 11 and succeeds Linda DiSantis, who is retiring. Alexander is a former partner for the law firm of King & Spalding and, after leaving the U.S. Attorney's Office, served as Emory University's general counsel for more than a decade.
