A DeKalb County grand jury has indicted a father and son on charges they committed mortgage fraud.

Marshall C. Ezell Jr. and Marshall C. Ezell III were both charged this week with four counts of residential mortgage fraud and making false statements during the lending process, said the state Attorney General's Office, which is prosecuting the case. The indictment accuses the two men of wrongdoing involving the sale of a property in December 2005, the AG's office said.
