Evander Holyfield in court over child support

Toi Jenese Irvin is seeking child support from former heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield. Holyfield was in a Fayette County (Ga.) Superior Courtroom Wednesday to explain why he has failed to comply with the support agreement for the couple's soon-to-be 11-year-old son, one of his 11 children. Her lawyer has said they will seek jail time if Holyfield doesn't come up with a payment.

Toi Jenese Irvin sought child support from Evander Holyfield for their son, who's 11. Her lawyer had said they would seek jail time if Holyfield didn't come up with a payment.

Holyfield agreed to pay $3,000 a month, plus deposit $100,000 into an education fund for the couple's son, one of his 11 children.
