U.S. 78 eastbound re-opened in Snellville after traffic accident

Oct 26, 2016UPDATE: Shortly after 10 a.m. Wednesday, officials reported that U.S. 78 was re-opened at Cambridge Street.
ORIGINAL STORY: Both lanes of U.S. 78 eastbound are blocked in Snellville, according to Snellville police.
The lanes are closed near Cambridge Street because of a traffic accident, according to an alert sent just before 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Drivers are urged to avoid the area. No further information was immediately available.
