Martin-Brower, the largest distributor for McDonald's restaurants, will invest $30 million to set up operations in a 220,000 square-foot build-to-suit refrigerated distribution center in East Point, GA in the fall of 2012 and will employ nearly 300 workers.
The plant will be located in the Southmeadow Business Park, near Camp Creek Parkway and Welcome All Road. City officials see the recruitment of the company as major coup for the south Fulton County city that has been hard-hit by the recession.
