Dunwoody will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m., Monday as it prepares to make two land purchases, totaling more than $6.9 million. Both pieces of land are in the Georgetown / North Shallowford area of Dunwoody. The purchases will allow the city to move forward with the parks, transportation, and Georgetown master plans, which were all adopted earlier this year. The city council meets at Dunwoody City Hall, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite #103.
