Duluth is seeking residents, business owners and property owners to participant in the 12th Annual L.E.A.D. (Learn, Engage, Advance Duluth) Academy. The program is designed to spark interest in local issues, present insights into the decision-making process and provide a way for citizens to help improve the community.

The academy is set to begin Feb. 11 and runs for 7 weeks and consists of 7 Tuesday evening sessions and one session which will be a regularly scheduled city council work session which falls on a Monday.
