Two drivers were killed late Friday night in Coweta County.
Killed were Taylor McKee, 16, of Roopville, the driver of a Chevrolet Tracker and Linda Leflore, 29, the driver of a Honda Civic, said Georgia State Patrol spokesman Lt. Paul Cosper.
McKee's passengers, Amber Harrison, 16, and Elyssa Jordan 15, both of Carrolton, were seriously injured. Harrison was airlifted to Atlanta Medical Center in critical condition. Jordan was transported by ground to Piedmont Medical Hospital.
Cosper said the wreck occurred minutes before midnight, when the McKee ran a red light on Ga. 34 and "T-boned" Leflore's Honda.
Leflore, who'd been driving southbound on I-85, got off the interstate at the Bullsboro Road exit and was turning to go east on Ga. 34 when she was hit by McKee, who was traveling west on Ga. 34, said Cosper.
No one involved in the accident was wearing a seat belt.
Alcohol is not believed to have been involved in the accident, but blood tests are being conducted.
