Donation benefits Gwinnett senior citizens

Gwinnett County commissioners accepted a $104,000 donation on Tuesday from the nonprofit organization Friends of Gwinnett County Senior Services. The money will be used to fund home-delivered meals for seniors who are on a waiting list, emergency meals for displaced or distressed seniors, nutritional supplements for seniors in need and senior transportation services.
