A DeKalb County woman is asking a jury to decide how much she's owed after slipping on butter at a local Cheesecake Factory.

The lawsuit, filed last week, claims Jacqueline Goldberg didn't see the "pat" on the floor at the Perimeter Mall restaurant on Dec. 16, 2014.

She was injured on "various parts of her body including her right shoulder, which required and/or will require surgical intervention," the suit says.

The suit, filed in DeKalb state court, also says Goldberg has had more than $12,500 in medical expenses, in addition to lost wages and other damages.

The butter was said to be near a host station she had to pass.

A message left with Cheesecake Factory wasn't immediately returned.
