DeKalb offers discounted pet adoptions

DeKalb County is giving residents a furry gift for St. Patrick’s Day: discounted pet adoptions.

This week, the county is offering dog and cat adoptions for $60. Adoption fees usually range from $62-$92.

Available pets can be viewed at the county shelter at 845 Camp Road in Decatur or online at www.dekalbcountyanimalservices.com.

The shelter is open Monday-Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
