DeKalb County’s District Attorney is donating more than 200 mobile phones to the 911 Cell Phone Bank, which provides emergency phones for seniors and abuse victims.
The 216 phones come from Robert James’ office as well as personal phones donated by employees. There was no cost to the office to participate.
