DeKalb County will tweak its sanitation schedule in observance of the upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday.

There will be no service on Monday, Jan. 20. All garbage, recycling and yard trimming collections for the week will be pushed back one day.

Customers normally served on Mondays will be served on Tuesday; Tuesday customers on Wednesday; and so on.

The DeKalb sanitation division’s administration office, North Transfer Station and Seminole Road landfill will also be closed Monday.
