Fulton registrar focuses on high schoolers

The Fulton County Registration and Elections Department will visit every high school in the county in April, encouraging students at least 17 1/2 years old to register to vote.

Applications can be obtained and submitted at school offices, as well as at government centers and at www.fultoncountyga.gov.

Under Georgia law, principals and assistant principals are considered deputy registrars responsible for informing students and employees that they can register at the school. Parents can register there, too.
