Cobb school board gets 3 new members, eyes new chairman

Three new Cobb County school board members were sworn in Thursday by Justice Conley Ingram in front of family, fellow board members and community supporters. Tim Stultz is the new Post 2 representative, Kathleen Angelucci is taking over Post 4 and Scott Sweeney will now represent Post 6. The newly formed board decided to call a special meeting at 3 p.m. Sunday to elect a new chairman and vice chairman and discuss agenda items for the Jan. 12 work session.
