Cobb man wins $1M in Weekly WinFall drawing

July 8, 2009A Powder Springs systems analyst has won $1 million in the Weekly WinFall drawing.
Charles Jones, 47, bought the winning ticket at the Shell station at 6990 S. Sweetwater Road in Lithia Springs. He realized he'd won after checking the Georgia Lottery's Web site.
"My first reaction was to double check the ticket to make sure my eyes weren't blurred," Jones said.
Jones and his wife, Pam, have three children. He said he plans to set some money aside for retirement and share the rest with his parents and his children.
