Clayton woman, 73, found safe

A missing 73-year-old Clayton County woman was found safe Friday night.
A Mattie’s Call had been issued for Regla Balsinde, of Jonesboro, who walked away from her residence around 2:30 a.m. Friday, police said.
Around 8:30 p.m., she was located and appeared to be in good health, according to authorities.
