Construction on Lilburn's new $11.3-million City Hall complex is humming along.

Work on the complex -- which will include a 24,000 square-foot government building, a 20,000 square-foot branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library and a clock tower -- began last June. City spokeswoman Nikki Perry said Monday that work was approximately 75 percent complete.

The "substantial completion date," she said, is currently set at Sept. 18. Check out photos of the construction progress in the gallery above.
