Police arrested a Chattanooga man earlier Tuesday in connection with the murders of an Atlanta couple found shot to death inside their SUV last Friday night.

Investigators charged Ivan Davis, 22, with first-degree murder in the deaths of Aric Moses, 31, and Jackie Wilson, 28. He was arrested without incident, said Chattanooga police spokeswoman Jerri Weary. She said investigators were not yet prepared to release a motive.

Police found the couple's bullet-riddled bodies after responding to a call of gunshots being fired in the Battery Heights neighborhood. Wilson is Moses' girlfriend, according to investigators.
