The Chattahoochee Hills City Council will discuss approval of a Memorandum of Understanding between the city and Community Brickworks Inc. during the regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Chattahoochee Hills City Hall, 6505 Rico Road. The agreement is for the provision of a community center and library services to the city.

The council will also review two variance requests, one by John Kane for property at 35 Swann Ridge. The second is by Aaron and Alicia Strong for a variance to the minimum yard setback for property at 10750 Cedar Grove Road.
