A car drove through the top of a box truck that rolled over in DeKalb County on Friday around 3 p.m. The accident happened at Redan Road and S. Indian Creek Drive in front of a Chevron gas station. Six people complained of injuries; five were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Dekalb County police.

Police said the driver of the truck was on S. Indian Creek Road when the truck's brakes failed. The driver was unable to maintain control of the truck, and when its load shifted the truck flipped over. A gray PT Cruiser drove through  the roof of the truck and was wedged inside. A third vehicle was wedged up against the roof that peeled off the truck. The driver faces charges of equipment failure, according to police.

Channel 2 Action News' News Chopper 2 showed a yellow box truck on its side blocking two lanes.
