Seven candidates will vie for three open seats in Peachtree City on Election Day, Nov. 7.

The mayor’s race will include incumbent Vanessa Fleisch running against former city council member Eric Imker and local businessman Dar Thompson.

Former mayor Harold Logsdon, student Sarah Toussaint and Kevin Madden, owner of Global Airlift Services, all qualified to run for City Council Post 3, currently held by Kim Learnard.

Incumbent Post 4 council member Terry Ernst is running unopposed.

Voter registration for the election will close on Oct. 10, and advance voting will begin Oct. 16. Any necessary runoffs will be held on Dec. 5.
