A caged man wearing an orange jumpsuit is part of a protest in Woodruff Park, according to police and Twitter reports Tuesday.

The group is part of "Project: Rise up" which formed earlier this year, according to a news release.

The group's website is designed to look like a tribute to the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr, and the news release said Tuesday's event was protesting a trial that was held on King's birthday, now a federal holiday.

The group actually was protesting the jailing of Nuwaubian leader Dwight "Malachi" York, who is serving 135 years on child molestation-related charges, according to reports from people nearby Woodruff Park.
