Brookhaven appoints first judges
The first judges who will oversee municipal court in Brookhaven recently assumed the bench.
Laura Stevenson, a former Magistrate judge in Cobb County, will serve as the city’s chief judge. Jonathan Granade, who works for law firm Casey Wilson, is the city’s judge pro tem.
Mayor J. Max Davis swore both judges into office in February.
