Three people are still on the run after a stolen car they were in struck two children Wednesday afternoon, Atlanta police said.

They fled from police during a traffic stop on Centerhill Avenue in northwest Atlanta, police spokesman Officer Donald Hannah said.

After hitting one child, the car kept going and struck another child in the 900 block of Margaret Place, police said.

The driver wrecked nearby.

Jemarcus Moss, who was in the stolen car, was captured, police said. The others got away.

The first child was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston and the second child was evaluated and released to a parent at the scene. Their names and ages were not released.
