Braves pitcher surprises Cobb baseball team with free NLDS tickets

Campbell High School’s baseball team had a new player in the locker room for its first meeting of the year.
Atlanta Braves pitcher Chad Sobotka showed up and surprised them with some goodies: free NLDS tickets along with shirts and hats.
The students were told to gather for a commercial to promote the Braves youth baseball program.

Sobotka, the 25-year-old born in Sarasota, Florida, is a relative Braves newbie — signed over from the Gwinnett Stripers only to be optioned and then recalled — and made his major-league debut in August.
The tickets he gave were to the team's first NLDS game at SunTrust Park against the Dodgers on Sunday.
