Officials involved in Atlanta’s Beltline project have scheduled a meeting from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday to update residents about its progress.

The meeting will be held at the Atlanta Public Schools headquarters, 130 Trinity Ave. S.W.

The Beltline is a plan city officials and community leaders hope will bring more greenspace, affordable housing and mixed-use development largely along railroad tracks that forms a circle around the core of Atlanta over the next two decades.
