It's like the cash-for-clunkers program except its run by a brewery and the swapper gets a bike instead of a fuel efficient car.

Colorado-based beer maker New Belgium Brewing is bringing its festival to the Historic Fourth Ward Park in Atlanta June 30 and wants to swap a bike for a car.

Tour de Fat, as the event is being called, will include a parade, music, food and, of course, beer. New Belgium, known for its Fat Tire Amber Ale and bicycle logo, will give the winning swapper $2,250 credit at a local bike shop. The swapper's car will be auctioned for charity. Information: New Belgium.
