Atlanta police Tuesday were investigating a late morning robbery at a bank in a Ponce de Leon Avenue grocery store.
Police spokeswoman Kim Jones told the AJC that the robbery happened at the SunTrust branch inside the Publix store in the 1000 block of Ponce.
According to police dispatch reports, the robber, who did not present a weapon, walked up to a teller shortly after 10 a.m. and presented a demand note.
No injuries were reported in the hold-up.
Police have not said how much money was taken.
