The 47,000 square-foot house – complete with a golf course, two-lane bowling alley, two elevators and a piano signed by Steinway – can be yours for the bargain price of $16.75 million.

That price is low, considering the Cumming mansion was on the market for $50 million at one time, as reported by Channel 2 Action News.

The estate on Trammel Road went into foreclosure and now is bank owned. The price has dropped four times: from $50 million to $45 million, then down to $28 million and $16.75 million.

Luxury home Realtor Troy Stowe said he’s shown the home quite a few times but there’s no contract on it yet.

“Everyone I’ve shown it to, these clients have said it’s the most incredible thing they’ve ever seen,” Stowe said.

The house sits on 72 acres. There’s a four-acre lake, a driveway made from cobblestone pavers and a statue of Alexander the Great. The entire estate is gated, and security cameras are inside the home and throughout the grounds, Stowe said.

Stowe said it takes about two hours to see the house, and he’s been showing it in some non-traditional ways.

The estate has been the site for several charity events, most of which incorporate a tour of the property, Stowe said.

“God has blessed me with this listing, so what good can I do,” he said.

NFL linebacker Takeo Spikes brought 300 kids from Sandersville to the estate for a football camp. Stowe said he met with the kids and used the name of the home – Le Reve, which is French for “The Dream” – to encourage them to stay in school.

“I got to get up close with these kids and talk to them about the dream and staying in school.”

Stowe said as long as the bank approves the events, he’ll keep hosting them.

“People will come see that house,” he said.
