Publix Super Markets have returned to their normal operating schedule of 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., a spokeswoman said.

Kroger, CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens and other stores should be open as well.

Several malls are reopening on Wednesday after being shuttered for two days because of snow and ice.

Gwinnett Place, Lenox Square and Northlake malls opened at 10 a.m. and will close at 5 p.m.

Phipps Plaza opened at 11 a.m. and will close at 5 p.m. also.

Perimeter Mall, Southlake, Cumberland, North Point and the Town Center at Cobb will open at noon. All of those malls will close at 5 p.m.

The Mall of Georgia also is opening at noon.

Many banks in metro Atlanta began to reopen Wednesday after many in the area were closed the past two days because of snow and ice.

Atlanta-based SunTrust said on its official Twitter account it will reopen its 200-plus metro area branches at noon. Bank of America also said its branches will open at noon today, and BofA locations with normal Saturday hours will extend their service from noon to 2 p.m.

Wells Fargo said 160 of its more than 200 branches in metro Atlanta would be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., today. Customers should call ahead to their branch to see if it is open, a spokesman said.

Chase said all of its 62 metro area branches should be open by noon today.

Delta Community Credit Union said on Twitter all locations except Buford, Johnson Ferry and Gainesville would be open under modified hours.
