Atlanta traffic | Halloween kicks rush hour into next gear

Afternoon rush-hour traffic is never much fun in Atlanta, but it looks to be even worse today because Halloween falls on a Friday.

The worst congestion is likely to last until 4:30 p.m., Georgia Department of Transportation spokeswoman Natalie Dale said.
