Atlanta police are looking for a man accused of forcing a girl inside his car and then raping her.

The incident happened Monday around 5 p.m. on Athens Avenue in southwest Atlanta.

According to a police report, the girl said she was walking down Athens Avenue on her way to the store when she saw a light blue Chrysler with tinted windows driving slowly along side her.

A man stopped the car, got out and then pulled her inside the vehicle where he raped her, the report said.

The girl started punching the man and was able to escape.

The girl told police that before she escaped the man told her he had been watching her and said “I know where you live, and if you tell, I will blow your house up.”

The girl went to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Hughes Spalding to be treated for her injuries, which included a bite on her neck.

Atlanta police have released a sketch of the man as well as of his vehicle.
