A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the robbery of an 85-year-old woman who was bound with duct tape in her southwest Atlanta apartment, police said.

Reginald Seaborn was arrested about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, according to Sgt. Curtis Davenport, spokesman for the Atlanta Police Department.

"He came to the precinct after hearing of us inquiring about him," Davenport said.

Seaborn was charged with aggravated assault, armed robbery and burglary, and is being held in Fulton County Jail, Davenport said. The other suspect remains at large.

Two men allegedly forced their way into Julia Phillips’ home Saturday evening, and one of the men used a knife to threaten the woman and then bound her with duct tape. They then made off with two flat-screen televisions.

A neighbor upstairs saw two individuals leaving with the TVs and called police after hearing Phillips' call for help.
